1、新业务经理

New business manager


岗位职责:

RESPONSIBILITIES

1、开拓和供应链下游、及周边企业的合作,扩大公司影响力。

Develop partnerships with Downstream and surrounding enterprises of supply chain to expand the company's influence.

2、开拓直营大客户,包括大农户、合作社、青贮客户等,依托新型渠道拓展销量新增长点;

Develop direct customers, including rural household, cooperatives, silage customers, and rely on new channels to expand new growth points of sales;

3、负责制定、组织实施和完成大客户年度销售目标;

Responsible for setting, implementing and achieving the annual sales target of KA;

4、建立大客户档案,及时有效的提供高质量的服务;

Establish KA profile, provide high quality service effectively;

5、指导示范试验、观摩会、种植户培训会、经销商会等推广活动;

Guide the demonstration trials, field viewing, farmer training, dealer meeting and other promotion activities;

6、为销售人员、种植基地、种植大户等制定用肥用药方案,农化知识宣传资料及种植技术的编写;

Formulate fertilizer and medication plan, compile agrochemical knowledge materials and planting technology for sales staff, planting base and large planting households;

7、对销售人员、经销商业务人员进行农化技术培训,对试验示范进行指导、跟踪、记录;

Provide agrochemical technical training for sales and dealers, guide and record the demonstration trials;

8、研究公司产品,优化种植方案,从技术角度参与制定产品推广计划,新产品卖点提炼;

Optimize the planting program, develop product promotion plan from the technical point of view, refine the selling points of new products;


任职资格:

QUALIFICATIONS

•本科及以上学历,农学等相关专业,五年以上玉米种子大客户经理经验;

Bachelor degree or above, major in Agronomy or related, more than 5 years experience in KA manager of maize seed;

•热爱种子工作、思维敏捷和开拓精神;

Love maize seed work, quick thinking and pioneering spirit;

•较强的沟通、协调能力、谈判能力和团队协作能力和客户关系管理能力;

Strong communication, coordination, negotiation and teamwork, customer relationship management;

•工作务实,认真仔细,责任心强,能吃苦耐劳。

Pragmatic, careful, responsible, hard-working.

工作地点:东北大区、西北大区、黄淮大区。

Working place: Northeast, Northwest, Huang-Huai region.

2、产品经理

Product manager


岗位职责:

RESPONSIBILITIES

1、根据公司产品特点和种业发展趋势,组织市场调研(包括分析市场、消费者、竞争者、和外部环境)、确定相关产品市场开发策略和方案;

According to the characteristics of products and the development trend of seed industry, organize market research (including analyzing market, consumers, competitors, and external environment), to determine the market development strategies and programs of related products;

2、针对不同品种的发展阶段,制定相应的价格、促销等政策,扩大产品线市场份额;

According to the development phase of different varieties, make the corresponding price, promotion and other policies, expand the market share of the product line;

3、掌握试验数据分析技术、具有市场信息搜集能力,并能据此制定新品种引进、试验和策划方案,制定作物中短期开发拓展规划;

Master analysis technology of test data, have the ability to collect market information, and formulate plans for the introduction, testing and planning of new varieties, make short-term crop development plans;

4、配合区域销售人员,实现公司在本区域的销售目标;

Cooperate with sales representatives to achieve the company's sales target in the region;

5、和技术部、产品开发部门、研发等部门密切配合,确保畅通的产品推出策略。

3、技术专员

Agronomist


岗位职责:

RESPONSIBILITIES


1、负责公司产品农艺性状测试,产品年度农艺栽培试验和示范田工作;

Responsible for the company's product agronomic character test, product annual agronomic cultivation test and demonstration field work;

2、负责支持区域内销售团队产品示范田规划和种植工作;

Responsible for supporting the product demonstration field planning and planting of the sales team in the region;

3、支持参加销售季节观摩会、种植户培训会、经销商会等活动,负责公司产品知识及栽培技术讲解等;

Support participation in sales season observation meetings, grower training meetings, dealer meetings and other activities, and be responsible for the company's product knowledge and cultivation technology explanations;


任职资格:

QUALIFICATIONS


•农学、植保、作物栽培专业,三年以上玉米种子技术支持经验;

Agronomy, plant protection, crop cultivation, more than three years of corn seed technical support experience;

•具有良好的玉米种子知识,能独立开展农民技术培训会演讲及材料制作;

Good knowledge of corn seeds, able to independently carry out lectures and material production for farmers' technical training sessions;

•具有良好的沟通能力,处理农户投诉经验;

Good communication skills and experience in handling complaints from farmers;

•会开车,能适应长期出差工作。

Able to drive and can adapt to long-term business trips.

4、销售代表

Sales representative

岗位职责:

RESPONSIBILITIES


1、制订销售区域营销方案,年度、月度工作计划,完成公司下达的销售目标;

Formulate sales area marketing plans, annual and monthly work plans, and complete the sales targets issued by the company;

2、销售渠道建设与维护,重点目标市场经销商的培养和甄选;

Construction and maintenance of sales channels, training and selection of distributors in key target markets;

3、管理销售区域内市场秩序,参与窜货和乱价处理,协助做好品种维权等;

Manage the market order in the sales area, participate in the handling of fleeing goods and disorderly prices, and assist in the protection of product rights;

4、负责所在区域的市场活动开展,追踪活动开展情况,并根据情况作出调整,保持最好的投入产出比;

Responsible for the development of market activities in the region, track the development of activities, and make adjustments according to the situation to maintain the best input-output ratio;

5、组织销售区域内新品种宣传、示范、现场展示会,合理安排销售区域新品种布局。

任职资格:

•熟悉农资行业,两年以上种子行业营销经验,能独立开发市场,具有较强的营销策划能力。

•熟悉农业相关法规,有较强的学习能力,善于解决问题;
